at his residence.
A private visitation and funeral service will be held at the Swartz Funeral Home.
Private burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Gary was born in Cullman, Alabama on October 24, 1946, the son of the late Major and Hazel (Lloyd) Oden. On December 14, 1967, he married Mary McConnaughhay. Gary served in the United States Navy during Vietnam. He was employed at Buick for 28 years and was a member of Local #659.
Surviving are wife, Mary;
sons, Scott and Mark;
grandchildren, Logan, Cole, Kaidyn and Riley;
sister, Fay Linzey;
and many nieces and nephews.
