STEVENS, Patsy Ruth -- Age 70, of Flint, died May 27, 2014. Funeral services will be held 1PM Friday, May 30 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Interment at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held 9:30 AM until time of service on Friday. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the family.
Patsy was born December 5, 1943 in Bay, Arkansas the daughter of Neil R. and Maggie (Mincer) Mullins. She married Earl A. Stevens in Flint on September 14, 1965 he preceded her in death on September 22, 2002. Patsy enjoyed Bingo, puzzle books, Westerns, Musicals, but most importantly her family and her grandchildren.
Surviving are; 3 children, Spring (Dave) Burnash of Clio, Eugene (Linda) Stevens of Flint, Jennifer (Jack) Herrington of Flint; grandchildren, Scott, Raymond, Kimberly, Kristal, Amanda, Donald, Mitchell, Brynn, Troy, Mason, Jasmin; great-grandchildren, Shelby, Bethanie, Brandon, Alyssa, David, Cameron, Abygail, and Elizabeth; sister, that she raised, Gail (Roger) McFarlin. The Williams Family, The Powers Family and the Woodard Family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; son, Donald Stevens in 1992; and best friend, Lorraine.
