BUECHE, Robert J. – of Flushing, age 90, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 15, 2019 at his residence. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM Friday, November 22, 2019 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Private burial to follow at Crestwood Cemetery in Grand Blanc. The family will receive visitors at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose on Thursday from 12PM until 8PM and at the church on Friday from 10AM until the time of Mass at 11AM.
Robert was born March 23, 1929 in Chesaning, Michigan to the late Frank and Helen (Hollenback). He resided in the Montrose and Flushing area most of his life. Robert married the love of his life, Delores Dell on April 15, 1950. She preceded him in death on August 10, 1997. Mr. Bueche worked at Hamady Brothers for many years before retiring. Robert was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Montrose. He enjoyed trips to the casino, camping, puzzles, playing cards and his accordion. Robert also enjoyed a nice cigar, and could tell you everything you needed to know about cars. He was known as the family barber, giving everyone their haircuts and took great pride in giving the younger ones their very first haircut. Above all, Robert loved spending time with his family. He was loved by all, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Surviving are: Sons: Chuck (Karen) Bueche, and Frank (Brenda) Bueche; Daughter, Charlotte (Tim) Johnson; Grandchildren: Ken (Maryann) Bueche, Cherii (Chadd) Patterson, Chad Bueche, Jason Bueche, Tina (Chris) Garza, Christopher (Stephanie) Ptasnik, David Ptasnik (Fiancée Krystal), Timothy Johnson, Katie Johnson, and Jamie Johnson; Great grandchildren: Mickala Patterson, Katelen (Mason) Crabtree, Ashlee Patterson, Kaylyn (Kyle) Sargo, Colton Bueche, Nathan Bueche Layla Bueche, BreAnna Draper, Tyler Garza, Cora Johnson, Kiera Johnson, Bryce Johnson, and Sophia Johnson; 2 great-great grandchildren: Charlee Taylor, and Kayson Sargo; Siblings: Art (Donna) Bueche, and Jean (Harold) Conley; Several nieces, nephews, other loving family members and dear friends.
