LAFAVE, Louise - of Mt. Morris, age 80, died Friday, March 22, 2013 at home. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at 4 PM on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Deacon Ray Ellingson officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-6 PM. Burial will be held at 2PM on Monday, May 6, 2013 at St. Catherine's Calvary Cemetery in Black River. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Genesee County Humane Society.
Louise was born March 31, 1932 in Black River, MI to the late Arthur and Delema (LeClair) LaFave. She retired from Flint Metal Fab. with over 10 yrs seniority. Loiuse was a member of the UAW Local# 659. She enjoyed fishing, camping, children and animals, especially her cats, Pee Wee and Boots.
Surviving are: best friend, Betty Visocky; brother, Lawrence LaFave; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: brothers and sisters. Please sign our guest book or share an online condolence with the family at www.oguinnfh.com.
