St. John, Lee of Flushing, age 87, died Sunday, April 1, 2018, at Angel Manor in Clio. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, April 6, 2018, at Rossell Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the funeral services. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. If desired, memorial contributions may made to a charity of your choice.
Lee was born in Flint, Michigan on June 4, 1930, the son of Charles and Estrella (Lewis) St. John. He married Sarah “Sally” Morrish on December 15, 1951. Lee served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a life member of the Flushing V.F. W. Post #5666. Lee owned and operated Leecraft Landscape Service that has been in business for 57 years, currently in it’s second generation. He was an active outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf and snowmobiling. Lee was an avid sports fan, and especially loved MSU. Together with his wife, they enjoyed traveling.
Lee is survived by his wife of 66 years, Sally; children, Laura and husband John Fil, Michael and wife Vicki St. John, Mark St. John; siblings, Sue (Earl) Henderson, Jack (Sherron) St. John; brother-in-law, Richard (Anna Mae) Morrish, DVM; several nieces and nephews and their families.
