Family hour 10:30 a.m. Monday, January 13, 2014 at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 1601 Chippewa St., with funeral service commencing at 11 a.m. Pastor Jacob Hawkins, Jr. officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Family and friends will assemble at the Church 10:30 a.m. Monday. Mrs. Thurmon will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd. and may be viewed from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday, with family present 4 p.m.-6 p.m. |
