Horton, Nancy J. of Flushing, age 75, died Saturday, May 9, 2015, at Heartland-Fostrian. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at Noon, Saturday, May 30, 2015, at Flushing Cemetery. Rev. Michael Back will officiate. In lieu of of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Nancy was born in Flint, MI on January 19, 1940, the daughter of John and Jenny Martina (Sorensen) Hale. She was a giving person and enjoyed helping others.
Nancy is survived by five siblings, Mary Lou (Robert) Landers of North Carolina, Dianna L. (Dewey) Taylor of Mt. Morris, William (Leona) Hale of Flushing, Kathy (Walker) Smith of Florida, Thomas (Carol) Hale of Utah; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters, Margie, Sandy, Betty, Caroline and Lucille; and five brothers, James, Bobby, John, Jack and Dennis. |
