Paul Lutz, 80, of Lapeer passed away March 19, 2013. He was born in Friedrichshafen, Germany on August 13, 1932. In 1956 he moved to the States and soon after began his career as a pipe fitter for Chevrolet. He retired in 1991 and enjoyed his retirement home in Elba Township.
He is survived by: daughter Margaret (David) Newberg of Davison; son David (Lynda) Lutz of Lapeer; grandchildren Shelby Newberg, Mark Lutz and Matthew Lutz; sister Lydia Zachel of Germany.
Preceded in death by beloved wife Edith Lutz in 1991. Also several brothers and sisters.
Friends may visit Saturday, March 23, 2013 from 10:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors Capstick Chapel, 542 Liberty Park, Lapeer, MI 48446.
