BOYLAN, Charles - Of Florida, formerly of Flint, age 77, died Sunday, January 15, 2012 in Florida.
Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Father Jay Gantz officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Contributions may be made to the March of Dimes, Attn DRFR, 1275 Memaroneck Avenue, White Plains, New York, 10605.
Visitation 4-8p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Charles was born in Flint on April 26, 1934. He married Alice Vaughn on January 28, 1956. Charles was employed with General Motors for 36 years as an Assistant Superintendent in the Pressed Metals/Materials Department.
Surviving are wife of 56 years, Alice;
daughters, Susan (Elias) Peters, Cynthia (Timothy) Good and Sally Louise Boylan;
sisters, Frances Ellen Magill and Frances (Burt) Irene Plumb;
brothers, Thomas Boylan and John Boylan;
numerous nieces and nephews;
step-granddaughter, Tracey Lynn Peters;
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
