HANSON, Allen C. - Age 77, formerly of Mt. Morris, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, June 21, 2016. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Friday, June 24, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Interment will follow at Crestwood Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 6-9 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Autism Society of Genesee County, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, or the American Cancer Society. Allen was born February 6, 1939 in, Gonvick, MN, the son of Conrad and Emelia (Sand) Hanson. He married Constance Mae Adams on July 11, 1960 in Shelby, MT and she preceded him in death on May 31, 2014. Mr. Hanson retired from General Motors. He enjoyed watching westerns and a big fan of John Wayne. Surviving is: children, Gary Hanson, Larry (Adrienne) Hanson and Michael Hanson; grandchildren, Mandy Stratton, Christopher Colburn, Zachary Hanson, Sven Hanson, Jacob Hanson, Summer Hanson, and Lars Hanson; great-grandson, Zack Hanson and great granddaughter, Riley Hanson. sisters, Phyllis Anderson, Claudia (Larry) Binkley , brothers , Richard Hanson, Victor (Pam) Hanson, sisters-in-law, Betty (Don) Cross, Shirley McLean and Vicki, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and extended family in Montana, Idaho, Minnesota and Michigan. He was preceded in death by: his wife, Connie, parents, Conrad E. Hanson and Emelia O. Sand-Hanson , mother-in-law, Vera Sauer, father-in-law, Gene Adams, step mother-in-law, Ester Adams, grandson Bjorn Hanson, sister-in-law, Maria Hanson, brothers-in-law, Robert Anderson, Robert McLean, Harry and Jerry, nieces, Lydia Anderson, Angela Binkley-Burk.
