WILLEY, Patsy L. –Of Otisville, age 67, died Thursday, March 12, 2020 at McLaren-Lapeer.
Funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 15, 2020 at
Calvary Apostolic Tabernacle, 1013 Hughes Avenue, Flint, Pastor Timothy McKinnies officiating.
Private burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Those desiring may make contributions in lieu of flowers to the American Cancer Society
Visitation 2 p.m. Sunday until the time of the service at the church.
Patsy was born in Manistee, Michigan on July 20, 1952, the daughter of Frederick and Cora (Schudlich) Steffens.
On July 11, 1970 she married Thomas Willey in Arcadia, Michigan.
She attended Calvary Apostolic Tabernacle.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her children and grandchildren were the focus of her life.
Patsy enjoyed gardening, sewing, fishing and hunting. She also liked to design and construct buildings.
Patsy loved working and building in the family party rental business for 11 years.
Surviving are husband, Tom;
children, Scott (Lisa) Willey, Shawn (Charita) Willey and Shelly (Jason) VanDeWater;
grandchildren, Brianna Willey, Mariah (Ian) Dibernardo, Hunter, Hannah, Haydyn and Chania Willey, Karsten, Shiloh and Skylar VanDeWater;
great-grandsons, Bryton O’Dell and Zander Dibernardo;
mother, Cora Steffens;
siblings, Dennis (Joyce) Steffens, Connie (Vern) Robinson and Bill Steffens;
mother-in-law, Maryann Willey.
She was preceded in death by brother, Walter Steffens; father, Frederick Steffens and father-in-law, James Willey.
