James Oliver Parker, age 82, of Kingston died December 25, 2017 at United Hospice Residence in Marlette.
James was born January 15, 1935 in Meeker, Colorado to the late Frank and Hazel Parker. James was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed hunting, fishing, logging, but most of all he loved spending time with her his grandchildren. He owned and operated Parker Brother’s in Kingston for years, and was a truck driver for Gurdon Wolfe.
James is survived by his special friend Maggie, children: Kim Parker, Victoria Parker, Bradley (Juanna) Parker, Julie Parker, brother: Robert (Barbara) Parker, 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Faith, second wife Constance, daughter Nancy, grand-daughter Cassandra, siblings: Jay, George, and Connie.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of James life will be held at later date this coming summer. Memorial contributions in memory of James may be made to the United Hospice Residence in Marlette.
