MEADER, Laurel “Jean”- of Otisville, age 86, passed away February 17, 2015 at Hospice House of Shiawassee County. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 12 PM Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. Visitation will be 11 AM until the time of the service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice House of Shiawassee County.
Jean was born in Flint, MI on April 29, 1928, daughter of the late Harold and Laurel (Perry) McColley. She worked at Fisher Body for 17 years and was a member of UAW Local #581.
Jean is survived by her children, Michael (Judy), Bernard Jr., Leeann (William) Geiger; nine grandchildren; several great and great-great-grandchildren; siblings and many other family members. She was preceded in death by her son, Danny; grandson, Michael J.
