JOUBRAN, Joyce S. - Of Bonita Springs, Florida, age 79, died Sunday, September 20, 2015 in California.
Funeral service will be held 11am Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Father Anthony Spinosa officiating.
Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to Shrine (Basilica and National Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon) 2759 North Lipkey Road North Jackson, Ohio 44451 in the name of Joyce Joubran.
Visitation 5-8pm Friday at the funeral home. A Rosary will be prayed 7pm Friday evening at the funeral home.
Joyce was born in New Jersey on June 15, 1936, the daughter of Mary and Sam Bardakjy. She married Frank Joubran in Miami, Florida. Joyce was a devoted mother and grandmother who deeply loved and adored her family. She spent the last two years of her life in Los Angeles with her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are Ed and Feryal Joubran and their children, Sam, Frankie, Jasmine and Eddie Jr.;
Phil and Angie Joubran and their children, Alix and Baylee;
and Rob and Annie Joubran and their children Franc, Thomas and William;
brothers, Albert and wife Peggy Bardakjy and Gene and wife Christine Bardakjy;
sister, Doris and husband Dick Deratany;
and sister-in-law, Marie Gores.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband Frank.
