LARAMORE, Julie B. – Of Flint, age 60, died Sunday, September 13, 2020 at Maple Woods Manor.
A private service will take place at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Jerome Taylor officiating.
Family and friends are invited to attend Julie’s graveside service at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Crestwood Cemetery.
Those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Julie was born in North Kansas City, Missouri on July 15, 1960, the daughter of the late Dwain and Dawn (Avery) Laramore.
She was a faithful member of Eastgate Baptist Church. Julie had a quick wit. She was an avid reader, great writer and especially enjoyed writing stories. Above all, Julie loved her nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews and spending time with family.
Although our hearts are broken we rejoice that she is free from pain and isolation. Our lives were made better by the amazing sister, aunt and great aunt she was. Our memories, and the fact that we will see her again, gives us hope and comfort.
Surviving are brother, Scott (Cheryl) Laramore and Todd (Doris) Laramore;
nieces, Deanna (Travis) Howell and Allison (Steffan) McCubbin;
nephew, Noah Laramore;
great-nieces and nephews, Reagan, Charlie, Claire, Amelia and Dakota;
aunt, Jody Tucker; cousins Marla and Drew.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dwain and Dawn, Uncle Benny Tucker and great-nephew, Caiden.
