WOHLEBEN, Marcella Ann “Marcie” - Of Grand Blanc, age 89, died Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Ascension Genesys.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30am Friday, December 21, 2018 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 11824 South Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc,
Father William F. Wegher officiating.
Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Family Building Fund
Visitation 2-4pm and 6-8pm Wednesday and 2-4pm and 6-8pm Thursday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. A Rosary will be prayed 7pm Thursday evening at the funeral home. 4th Degree Knights of Columbus Ardon Dubie Assembly will be present Thursday at the funeral home. Visitation 9:30am Friday at church until the time of the Mass.
Marcella was born in Flint, Michigan on August 13, 1929, the daughter of the late Walter and Martha (Koryciak) Jakowczyk.
Surviving are husband, Eric;
sister, Joanne Kehler;
brother, Leonard Jakowczyk;
sister-in-law, Mary Babb;
nieces and nephews, Leona and David Menard, Louis and Carol Smorch, Jack Jakowczyk, Gary and Elaine Grohorsky, Randy and Karen Lane, Greg and Sharmon Kehler, Franklin and Debbie Fetzer, Tammy Chapman, Shawn Jakowczyk, Bruce and Cathy Sprague, Mike and Marlene Radzik, John and Virgie Williams, Becky Tubbs.
She was preceded in death by Lewis Jakowczyk, Dorothy Smorch, Wally Jakowczyk, Patricia Jakowczyk, Mary Ann Wells and her first husband Paul Henzarek.
