FIELD, Rosalie – Of Swartz Creek, age 84, died Monday, February 16, 2015 at McLaren-Flint.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, February 19, 2015 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Larry Burk officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Carriagetown Ministries or Humane Society of Genesee County.
Visitation 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Rosalie was born in Olmsted, Illinois on November 14, 1930, daughter of the late Roy and Reina (Richards) Miller.
On March 29, 1952 she married L. Chalmers in Flint.
She was a member of South Baptist Church.
Surviving are husband, L. Chalmers;
children, Gary and wife Janis Field,
Steven and wife Cynthia Field, all of Gaines;
grandchildren, Jessica and husband Shawn Petersilge of Fenton,
Lucas Field of Fenton,
Hannah and husband Nic Purves,
Jacob Field, all of Gaines,
Justin and wife Kerry Farrington of Davison;
great-grandchildren, Adrianna and Trista Farrington;
brother, Delbert and wife Alice Miller of New Mexico;
sister, Gloria Jean Miller of Rochester Hills, Michigan;
several nieces and nephews.
