Wyckoff, Frances Elizabeth - Age 101, of Fenton, died May 30, 2024. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday June 3, 2024 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 13667 W. Highland Rd., Hartland. Pastor Christopher Thoma officiating. Interment in Oakwood Cemetery, Fenton. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Sunday, June 2 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton; and 10 AM until the time of the funeral at 11 AM Monday, June 3 at the church. Those desiring may make contributions to Our Savior Lutheran Church.
Frances was born December 21, 1922 in Brighton, Michigan, the daughter of Louis F. Krause and Mary L. (Fick) Krause. She married Ernest M. Wyckoff on May 20, 1944 in Brighton at her family home; he preceded her in death May 20, 2006. She was an active member of Our Savior Lutheran Church for 67 years. She taught Sunday School, sang in the choir and was a member of the Women's Guild. She and her husband wintered in Zephyrhills, Florida for 27 years.
Surviving are: two children, Margaret (Edward) Dietrich of Fenton, Forrest (Paula) Wyckoff of Howell; five grandchildren, Steve Dietrich, Cheryl (Dave) Hajciar, Beth (Greg) Spencer, Adam (Kaitlyn) Wyckoff, Karl (Erin) Dietrich; eight great-grandchildren, Hannah, Ben, and David Hajciar, Ella Spencer, Avery and A.J. Wyckoff, Isabella and Juliette Dietrich; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sisters, Beulah Knight Fox and Estella Markell; and brother Harold Krause.
