RODDA-HANSON, Lynn Phyllis – age 74, of Flint, MI, passed away Friday, February 7, 2020 at Brookdale of Grand Blanc. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Rev. Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski officiating. Burial will follow in Davison Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4-8 PM and one hour prior to the service Thursday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Lynn was born on August 18, 1945, daughter of the late Zygmond and Eleanor (Grush) Ringwelski. She married Douglas Matthew Rodda in Harbor Beach, MI and he preceded her in death February 24, 1986. Lynn later married Earl Hanson and he preceded her in death on December 24, 2018. She retired from McLaren- Flint after many years as a Radiographer. Lynn enjoyed volleyball, bowling, gardening, going to shows at the Whiting and volunteering at the Humane Society. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Lynn is survived by her children, Patrick Matthew Rodda and Melissa Anne (Jason) Olson; grandchildren, Preston Matthew Rodda, Camilla Marie Rodda, Aubrey Julynn VanDrie and Aidan Douglas Gerrit VanDrie. She was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Ringwelski.
