Linda Diane (Hect/Mead) Wizner, 65, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, formerly of Owosso, passed away Thursday, June 13th, 2013 at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM Wednesday, June 19 at St. Robert's Catholic Church, Flushing with Fr. Paul Schwermer celebrant. Rite of Committal will follow at Flushing Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday at Mowen Funeral Home - William A. Scarlett Memorial Chapel from 2 PM - 4 PM and 6 PM - 8 PM with a Prayer service at 7 PM.

Linda was born in Flint, Michigan on February 23, 1948, the daughter of the late Raymond and Leola (Creamer) Hect. She was a homemaker and loved her garden and working in the soil. Linda enjoyed the out-of-doors and going fishing. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother.

Those who cherish her memory include: children, Robin LaCroix of Flushing, Chantel Chapman of Bowling Green, Darrell Mead Jr. of Flushing and Bryan Mead of Bowling Green; 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brothers, Ralph Hect of Flint, Ronald Hect of Flint, Darwin (Cindy) Hect of Monroe, Tom Hect of Lansing, Alan (Linda) Hect of Lennon, Gary Hect of Perrington, Richard Hect of Montrose; sisters, Carolyn (Harold) Draheim of Flushing and Bonnie Martin of Perrington; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Alice Draheim; brother, Roy Hect; and sister-in-law, Beverly Hect.

Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
