BOLDA, Susan - Of Grand Blanc, age 67, died Friday, May 6, 2016
at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life will be held 12 Noon Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Michigan, 49507.
Cremation has taken place.
Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation 6-8pm Wednesday and 10am Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Susan was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 20, 1948, the daughter of the late Elbert and Desta (Woolum) Carpenter. She was a resident of Genesee County since 1977. On June 10, 1967, She married George Bolda. Susan was a loving, devoted, family oriented nurturing friend to her surviving spouse, children, grandchildren and siblings.
Surviving are husband, George;
daughter, Ashlie Bolda-Crozier;
son, Christopher (Erin);
3 grandsons, Mason Crozier, Ethan Bolda and Jeremy Bolda;
sister, Zelma Crossland;
brother, Mack (Carol) Carpenter;
and many nieces and nephews.
Susan was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Rogalski.
