HENDRICKSON, Madge – Of Flint, age 86, died Sunday, June 29, 2014 at the Regency at Grand Blanc.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 3, 2014 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Mr. Gary Turner officiating.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Those desiring may make contributions to Michigan Christian Youth Camp.
Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Madge was born in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas on October 27, 1927, the daughter of Elmer and Katie (Holder) Nicholson.
She was a member of Bristol Road Church of Christ.
Surviving are three children, Susan Hendrickson of Flint, Edwin E., Jr. of Davison and
Sandra Hendrickson of Lapeer;
three grandchildren, Traca and husband Bryan Hollis of Pooler, GA, Nicole and husband Matt Pudvay of Davison and Eddie, Jr. Hendrickson;
great-grandchildren, Matthew, Noah, Evan and Jaxson;
sisters, Marguerite and husband Clyde Lacey of Burton,
Dolores and husband Bill Adkisson of Flint,
Ken and wife June Nicholson of Vermont;
several nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and loving friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin, on July 18, 1999; grandson, Jason Lamson and parents.
