Slankard, Sheila M. – of Flint, age 68, died Friday, January 13, 2017, at Fostrian Manor in Flushing. Cremation has taken place. Burial to take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date.
Sheila was born January 28, 1948, in Flint, Michigan to the late James and Geneva Slankard. She had resided in the Flint area most of her life. Sheila graduated from Texas Womens University. She was a U.S. Navy veteran and was employed as a nurse for several years. She enjoyed casinos and driving trucks.
