Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the Chapel 10:00 AM Wednesday. Mr. Ruffin will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed Tuesday, July 7, 2020 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. |
