Bob Gillespie age 53 of West Branch formally of the Flint area passed away peacefully at home on August 18, 2015. Bob was a graduate of Southwestern High School class of 1980. He attended Mott CC and Delta College. He started out working at GM Flint Truck and Bus in 1985 then he became a Millwright at Bay City GM Powertrain. Bob loved taking his wife on long rides in their 1965 G.T.O. convertible. Bob enjoyed reading especially his Bible. Bob loved the outdoors, golfing, snowmobiling, muscle cars and making people laugh. Bob was a dual member of the Auto City Eagles and the West Branch Eagles. Bob leaves behind his wife Carol of 32 years their daughter Jennifer and his fur girls; Gretta, Ellie and Isabella. A special thank you to St. Marys flight crew and the St. Marys NICU unit nurses and close friends Mike and Don. As per Bob’s wishes no service will be held, only a celebration of his life will take place at the West Branch Eagles Club Aerie #3646, 4627 W.
