PUSEY, Dora M - age 90 of Swartz Creek, died Saturday, January 11, 2020. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Thursday, January 16, 2020 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 4413 Morrish Rd., Swartz Creek. Interment will follow at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-8 PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek where a rosary will be prayed at 7 PM Wednesday evening. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society or St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Dora was born August 11, 1929 in Flint, the daughter of Wilson and Ruth (VanWagoner) Carb. She married Robert Pusey on April 23, 1949 in Flint and he preceded her in death on October 2, 1995. Dora was a member of St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, Council of Catholic Women, and the Sweet Adeline's. She loved traveling, visiting casinos, puzzles, reading, flowers and spending time up north. Dora was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving are: four children, Mark (Sharon) Pusey of Holly, Craig (Debbie) Pusey of Mt. Morris, Dawn (Ken) Adamek of New Baltimore, and Kathryn (Gary) Dieck of Swartz Creek; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters, Norma (Russ) Lumsden; and Edgie Swain; many nieces and nephews.
