Mark "Carl" Baade
Age 35 of Flint passed away Monday, September 18, 2017 at home bravely with family at his side.
Funeral services will be held 2pm, Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Nelson-House Funeral Home with Pastor Stallard officiating. Burial will follow Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 10am until the time of service.
Carl was born May 8, 1982 in Flint, the son of Mark and Cynthia (Morofsky) Baade.
He was an avid musician and could play the drums, guitar or anything put in front of him. Carl enjoyed building and riding motorcycles, deer hunting and watching Sponge Bob Cartoons. He had a love for animals; especially cats and dogs. Carl always wanted to carry his own weight and never wanted to be a burden. He will be remembered by his loved ones as a special person with a tender heart.
Carl was employed with Meijer in Flint.
He is survived by his parents Mark and Cynthia; brothers Peek Baade and Joe (Brook) Baade; nephews Max and Sam; special Uncle Phil; several aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving family members and friends.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, brother Tony Rogers and aunt Marjann Baade.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
