MERROW, Robert Lewis – Of Flint, age 95, died Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Willowbrook Manor.
Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, September 22, 2017
Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Steve wood officiating.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice.
Visitation 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Robert was born in Marion, Illinois on December 16, 1921, the son of Robert Lee and Minnie Merrow.
Robert married Geraldine (Geri) on November 28, 1942, prior to leaving to go into the U.S. Army during World War II.
Surviving are son, James and wife Sharon of Fenton;
three grandsons;
three great-grandsons;
one great-granddaughter and one remaining brother, Bernie.
