Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the Funeral Home 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 17, 2024. Mr. Pickens will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM-6:00 PM Monday, with family present to receive friends from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM. Mr. Pickens was Honorably Discharged from the United States Army. |
