CRAIN-HARTLEY, Victoria June -- Age 65, of Durand, passed away April 30, 2016. A celebration of life gathering will be held 2-5 PM Sunday May 22 at the Trumble Park, 109 E. Monroe Rd., Durand. Arrangements being handled by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Memorial contributions will be directed to the U of M Liver Transplant Program in memory of Victoria.
Victoria was born July 18, 1950 in Flint the daughter of Norman and Doris(Laidler) Crain. She married Benjamin L. Hartley Sr on December 21, 1980, he preceded her in death on July 28, 2011. She earned her accounting degree from Baker College. She was employed by Comcast Cable. Victoria wintered in Florida. She enjoyed playing pool, reading, and spending time with her grand kids.
She was survived by children, Aaron Crain, Patty (Randy) Tobias, Pam (Rick) Moffit, Kaitlyn Hartley; grandkids, Austin, Brandon, Ashley, Alisha, Joey, Jessica, and Amanda; great grandkids, Buddy, Wesley, Damian, Danika and Savannah; best friend, June Stickel; siblings, Marilyn, Dana, Rod, Lisa, Michelle, Michael and Marlo; father and step mom, Norman and Pat Crain; aunt, June (Whitey) Weaver; and many cousins, friends, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother Doris Crain; sister Susie Crain; and husband Ben Hartley.
