KESTER, Dorothy Bell - Of Burton, age 37, died suddenly on Sunday, November 10, 2013, at her residence. Funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, November 15, 2013 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1225 Robert T. Longway Boulevard in Flint, Bishop Bob Berger officiating. Burial to follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Dorothy will be at the church from 10a.m. until the time of the service on Friday. She was born in Flint, Michigan on May 19, 1976, the daughter of Robert William Coote and Jean Novella Olson, and was a resident of Burton. She married Noel Kester on July 12, 1996 in Flint. She was a loving wife, mother and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family, caring for her husband and she always put others before herself. Dorothy worked at the NCG Trillium in Grand Blanc. Surviving are husband of 17 years, Noel; children, Eric-17,Samantha-14 and Connor-5; brother, Miles Lawrence Abbott; and many friends.
