BENTOSKI, Catalina Rose - age 86 passed away on Monday, September 19, 2016. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church – 2316 W. Coldwater Road, Flint, MI 48505 with one hour of visitation prior to. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 1 PM – 8 PM with a Scripture Service at 7 PM at Reigle Funeral Home – 5501 W. Pierson Rd., Flushing, MI 48433. Catalina was born in Detroit, MI on October 9, 1929 to the late Joseph and Soledad (Cortes) Delgado. Catalina graduated All Saints High School in 1947. A few years later she married her sweetheart, the boy next door, Stanley J. Bentoski in Flint, MI. Catalina worked for Flint General Hospital as a data processor for over 25 years. She loved spending time in her garden tending to the vegetables and beautiful flowers. She enjoyed the musical sound of big band music and spending time with her family. Catalina and her husband were members of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church for many years. She is survived by her children Jim (Marta) Bentoski and Jean Bentoski; grandchildren: Chad Bentoski and Jessica (Liz) Bentoski; and several loving brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Bentoski and son Anthony Bentoski. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in memory of Catalina.
