Mary H. Lenhart Age 98, of Frankenmuth, formerly of Mt. Morris, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Tender Care of Frankenmuth. Mary was born November 6, 1913 in Holland to Andrew and Anna Mikek. She married Royal Lenhart in August of 1933 in Flint. She attended St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mt. Morris and also the Ladies Aide at church. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great and great great grandmother. She is survived by two sons Dick Lenhart of Gladwin, Jerry Lenhart of Frankenmuth, 10 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Also brother Tom (Elsie) Mikek and sisters Rose Shay and Alice Tomancik. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband Royal in 1988, daughter Shirley Wheeler, son Donald Lenhart and five brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 1 pm at the Lux-Moody-Wolfel Funeral Home, Alma with Pastor Randy Brokaw. Interment will be in Ridgelawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 11 am until time of service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association. www.luxfuneralhomes.com |
