WILTFONG, Donna Jean – Of Clio, age 74, died Saturday, July 1, 2017 at McLaren Region Medical Center in Flint, surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Friday, July 7, 2017 at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Rev. Thomas Hart officiating. Burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2PM until 8PM, Thursday from 2PM until 8PM, and on Friday from 9AM until the time of service at 11AM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Karmanos Cancer Institute.
Donna was born January 12, 1943 in Flint, Michigan to the late Harold W. and Naomi E. (Peters) Hart. She attended Clio High School and graduated in 1961. She obtained her cosmetology license from Mr. David School of Cosmetology in 1962. Donna worked as a Cosmetologist in Flint for many years. She married Dennis Wiltfong on May 1, 1965 in Clio. Earlier in life, she was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Clio for 25 years. Donna enjoyed watching General Hospital, sports, The Food Network, and especially NASCAR. She also enjoyed volunteering at her children’s elementary school reading books to the kids.
Surviving are: Husband, Dennis; Children: Tony (Linda), Brian (Shelly); Grandchildren: Kathryne, Hannah, Belle, Sebastian Hudson, and Brother, Bill (Marilyn).
