Janet Lee Taylor, age 93 of Grand Blanc, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018. She was born on September 7, 1924 in Flint to parents William and Una (Burch) Miller. She grew up in the Grand Blanc/Flint area and graduated from Grand Blanc High School in 1942. She lived and worked in the Flint area as a CPA with a few year departure to Kansas City, MO. She returned to Michigan in 1961 to marry Robert D. Taylor on December 31, 1961. Janet was a member of the Grand Blanc Women’s Club, the Granda Club and the American Legion Auxiliary Post in Grand Blanc. She also participated in Body Recall for over 26 years. She is survived by her brother-in-law Jack (Marilyn) Taylor; cousins: Karen Vassell, Russell (Judy) Snyder; step-children: Andrew Taylor, Robyn Taylor, Sandra Taylor, Robert C. (Laurie) Taylor; grandchildren: Roman Carlson, Heidi Morse, Sarah Taylor; great grandchildren: Max and Grace. She was preceded in death by both parents; husband, Robert D. Taylor; sister, Peggy; several friends. A Visitation will take place on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 11am - 1pm followed by a Memorial Service at 1 pm at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw St. Grand Blanc, MI. |
