ANCIC, Paul Bradley – of Flint, MI, age 69, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2025. A Funeral Liturgy will be held 3 PM Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Rev. Fr. Roy Horning officiating. Interment in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 2-3 PM Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Allen Funeral Home.
Paul was born in Flint, MI on June 28, 1955, son of June (Hannigan) Ancic and the late Samuel Ancic. He was a proud graduate of Kearsley High School, Class of 1973. After more than 25 years of loyal service, Paul retired from General Motors, where his work ethic and commitment were recognized by all who worked with him. Paul had a deep love for the outdoors and spent many of his happiest moments fishing and camping. Whether casting a line in tranquil waters or enjoying the peace of nature’s beauty, he found solace in these simple pleasures. His passion for coaching softball also touched many lives; he dedicated countless hours to mentoring young athletes, instilling in them not only the skills of the game but the importance of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. Above all, Paul will be remembered for his warm heart, generous spirit, and the unwavering love he gave to his family and friends. He was a mentor, a coach, and a pillar of support to all who knew him. Paul leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and dedication.
Paul is survived by his wife, Deb Ancic; daughter, Callie Ancic; mother, June Ancic; 2 cousins, Christopher and Robbie and family; many other loving family members and good friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Ancic; brother, Mark Ancic.
