Brenda Kay Summers (Marciniak) loving wife of Neil Summers, sister of Michael Marciniak, Aunt of Rebecca Marciniak, Todd Marciniak (Amy), Matthew Marciniak, Marc Marciniak (Jade) and Great Aunt to Zane, Peyton, Maci, Aiden, and Leo passed away at the age of 62 on Thursday, October 3, 2024 after a short battle with cancer. She was born January 4, 1962. Brenda is preceded in death by her father Alvin (Rocky) Marciniak and her mother Barbara (Miller) Marciniak, and her beloved dog Sandy.
Brenda’s love of music and dancing was felt by many – she was the life of the party and even won a karaoke contest. Her passion for horse racing paid dividends with a win on a superfecta bet at the Kentucky Derby!
Her thirst for life will be honored with a Celebration (which will of course include her favorite music) at a later date.
Brenda considered her friends as family and while there are many friends near and dear to her, a special Thank You to Lisa Walsh Hoffman for all that she has done.
