JOUBRAN, Gaby Said – Age 71, of Flint Twp., went to be with the Lord on March 11th, 2013 at his home. Mr. Joubran was born April 23rd, 1941 in Jerusalem, Israel the son of Said and Martha (Pano) Joubran. Gaby enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren teaching them how to garden and raise chickens. He worked at General Motors for 13 years and then was a small business owner in Flint. Surviving are his wife, Violette Joubran; children, Sid (Jodi) Joubran, Martha (Robert) Huffman; grandchildren, Jasmine, Gabrielle, Alizabeth, Austin, Cameron, Isabella, and Alexis; sisters, Katy Holzel, Samira (Jim) Simon, Sylvia (Manuel) Cantu; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Joubran was preceded in death by his daughter Sandy Joubran, his parents Said and Martha Joubran, and his brother Emil Joubran. Friends may join the family in the celebration of his life at Reigle Funeral Home at 1 p.m. on Saturday March 16th, 2013. Visitation will be from 11 to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
