Ingham, Clifford Clark of Flushing, age 77, died Monday, December 12, 2016, at McLaren-Flint. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2016, at Rossell Funeral Home. Pastor Darrel Manning will officiate. Burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be 11-2 and 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 12 noon Friday until the time of the service at 1 p.m. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to an education fund for his grandson, Christopher.
Clifford was born in Flint, Michigan on August 9, 1939, the son of Lawrence and Annie (Foster) Ingham. He married the love of his life, Bonnie Comstock in Flint on June 20, 1964. She preceded him in death on July 18, 2010. Clifford proudly served in the U.S. Army as part of the Voice of Command in Korea. He was a member of the Flushing Lions Club and Flushing Moose Lodge. Cliff was very active in sleddog racing throughout the state and was a charter member of M.U.S.H. He co-owned and operated Leisure Town, Inc. before moving to Flushing to open Fast Pool Service. Cliff was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed boating, fishing, snowmobiling, and especially camping.
He was devoted to his family and will be greatly missed by his children, Clark and wife Darletta Ingham of Flushing, Rebecca and husband David Bernard of Mt. Morris; and his pride and joy, his grandson, Christopher. Clifford is also survived by his brother, Leland and wife Violet Ingham of Columbiaville; sister, Ruth Anne and husband Jerry Rice of Flint; several nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was also preceded in death by his parents; brother, Lawrence Edward Ingham, Jr.; and infant sister, Kay Joanne. |
