THOM, Patsy J. – of Davison, age 82, went home to see Jesus, Friday, June 7, 2013 at McLaren-Flint. A Funeral Service will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Alan Duce officiating. Burial will be in Millington Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 PM Monday and Tuesday from 12 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Richfield Church of the Nazarene.
Patsy was born in Chicago, IL on March 30, 1931, daughter of the late Loyal and Maxine (Nixon) Stull. She married John Thom on December 25, 1950. Patsy was a graduate of Otisville High School class of 1949. She was a faithful member of Richfield Church of the Nazarene. Patsy has attended church since she was 15 years old. She loved to play the piano at church and at Briarwood.
Patsy is survived by her husband of 62 years, John Thom; children, Kathy (Keith) Hansen, Steve (Jill) Thom and Philip (Cindy) Thom; five grandchildren, Holli (Brian) Lorts, Amy (Brandon) Baxter, Brian Thom, Katelynn (Josh) Diehl and Austin Hollifield; great grandchildren, Emma, Nicolas and Katherine Lorts. She was preceded in death by her son, Danny Joe Thom; and cousin, Imogene Nation. See you all in heaven!
