MORGAN, Erma Jean – of Millington, age 87, died Monday, December 14, 2015 at McLaren of Flint. Mass of Christian Burial in memory of Erma will be held at 10AM Friday, December 18, 2015 at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 212 Center St. in Otisville. Fr. Ken Coughlin officiating. Burial to follow in Meadowview Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Thursday from 1-8PM and at the church on Friday from 9AM until time of Mass at 10AM. A Vigil service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 7PM.
Erma was born January 16, 1928 in Genesee County to the late Clayton and Ella (Hammond) Perkett. She was a 1946 graduate of Otisville High School and was a resident of Millington since 1950. She married Russell Morgan on November 19, 1949 in Clio. He preceded her in death on September 16, 1993. Erma was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Otisville.
Surviving are: Children: Tim (Jackie) Morgan of Mio, Judy Morgan (Larry Mundell) of Tacoma, WA, Scott Morgan of Flint, 5 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren; Sister, Florence (Lee) Warner of Frankenmuth; Sister-in-law, Margaret Perkett of Lapeer; many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by: Brothers: Ivan Perkett, Eric Perkett, and Oliver Perkett; Sisters: Irene Litt and Joan Hunt.
