BROOKS, Martha - Of Grand Blanc, age 80, died Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at her residence surrounded by her family.
Funeral service will be held 11am Friday, November 20, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 806 Main Street, Fenton, Michigan,
Rev. Dean Dumbrille officiating.
Burial in Assyrian Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the Assyrian Cemetery or Trinity Lutheran Church.
Visitation 11am-8pm Thursday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Visitation 10:30am Friday until the time of the service at the church.
Martha was born in Flint on April 12, 1935, and was a resident of Grand Blanc most of her life. Martha owned Interior Space Management with her husband which was started in 1986. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Martha lived her life for Braylan and Karam. She enjoyed watching them grow.
Surviving are sisters, Mary Joseph and Maggi DelDuca;
brother, George (Helen) Moorhatch;
nephew, Jim (Tracy) DelDuca;
great niece and nephew, Braylan and Karam.
She was preceded in death by her husband Larry Brooks on June 12, 2011.
The family extends a special thank you to Dr. Peddireddy, Dr. Amlari, Sr. Sahni and the staff of the Oaks of Grand Blanc and Dr. Marty at McLaren.
