Brown, Shirley A. – of Flushing, age 65, passed away Monday, August 19, 2024, at McLaren Flint. The family will receive visitors on Friday, August 23, 2024, at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio from 11AM until 8PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Shirley was born January 9, 1959, in Flint, Michigan, to the late Billy and Mary (Magaline) Ratliff. On October 18, 1975, Shirley and Michael began their lifelong journey together in marriage. Shirley was known for her artistic flair, finding joy in drawing, painting, and various crafts. Her creativity shone through in all she did, reflecting her vibrant and passionate spirit. A woman with a zest for life, Shirley lived each day to the fullest and cherished every moment with her family. Her warmth, kindness, and heart of gold touched the lives of all who knew her.
Surviving are: Loving husband of 49 years, Michael Brown; Children: Angela Brown, and Raymond Brown; Grandchildren: Makayla, Cailin, Kelsey, and Brady; Brother, Billy (Sue) Brown Jr.; Nieces and Nephews: Glen Rodger, Courtney, and Nichole.
