CREED, Harry W. – of Mt. Morris, age 67, died Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at his residence. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 3PM Monday, January 9, 2017 at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Monday from 1PM until the time of service at 3PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
Harry was born February 23, 1949 in Flint, Michigan to the late William H. and Mary E. (Henry) Creed. He married Mary Anne Scott on July 24, 1971 in Clio. Mr. Creed was employed with Outdoor Adventure/Smoke Rise for 28 years. He enjoyed model cars, coloring books, and drawing. In his earlier years he enjoyed woodworking and fishing. Harry was a wonderful standup guy.
Surviving are: Wife, Mary Anne Creed of Mt. Morris; Sister, Carol Kirsch of Clio; Special sister in law, Louise Scott; Many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Harry was also preceded in death by his brothers: Carl Greenhalgh and Loren Creed; Mother in law, Alice Scott.
