McDaniel, Kenneth Ryan, of Flint, MI, age 71 went to be with our Lord and Savior Wednesday, October 16, 2024. Cremation has taken place. Join the family in a celebration of Kenny's life Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 12-4 PM, at Dodds Dumanois Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 901 Garland St. Flint, MI. 48503. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family in the name of Jeanette McDaniel. Mr. McDaniel was born in Lockhart, South Carolina on May 13, 1953, the son of Bobby and Jeanette McDaniel. Kenny was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. Some of his favorite times were spent up north at his "property" with family and friends. Kenny was a loving son, father, brother and uncle and spent many years with his life-partner Darlene Gurd. His family was very important to him, and he suffered a tragic loss when his son Jason passed away, far too young. Kenny had many life-long friends including Rod Hoover, Dave Johnson and Jimmy Dunn. Kenny is survived by his son Bradley, son Ryan, mother Jeanette, sister Karen (Tom) Glynn, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son Jason, father Bobby, brothers Bobby and Bruce and partner Darlene Gurd. |
