LESLIE, Patricia Jo - Of Rochester Hills, formerly of Flint, age 63, died Thursday, January 1, 2015 at Crittenton Hospital Medical Center in Rochester Hills.
Funeral service will be held 11am Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Father Gary McInnis officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Childrens Research Hospital.
Visitation 1-4pm and 6-8pm Monday at the funeral home.
Patricia was born in Flint on April 15, 1951. She enjoyed going to casinos, the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Pistons and the Detroit Lions. Patricia was employed at General Motors Headquarters and Tech Center, retiring in 2001.
Surviving are mother, Joyce Niemershien;
step-sisters, Vickie, Sharon and Mary;
aunt, Dorothy Karnes;
many special cousins;
special friends, Beverly McManaman, Michael (Maradean) McManaman, Patrick, (Brenda) McManaman and boys, Bill (Vivian) Korth and family, the Card Club Girls and the Manistee Lake friends.
She was preceded in death by father, John Markajevich; step-father, Peter Niemershien; grandparents, Ed and Mabel Karnes; uncle, Charles Karnes; cousin Michael Karnes, and aunt Annie Mullet.
