GLOWACKI, Teresa Ewa, age 87 died peacefully Saturday, September 13, 2014.
Visitation will be held 11AM-3 PM and 5-8 PM Friday, September 26th at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 W. Hill Rd. Flint. A Rosary will be prayed at 7 PM Friday at the funeral home.
Visitation 10 AM Saturday and Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. John Catholic Church in Fenton on September 27th at 10:30 AM, Rev. Dwight Ezop officiating.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. John Outreach or Almost Home Assisted Living.
Teresa was born in Woclawek Poland July 25, 1927 to Marian and Barbara(Zaremba) Dzierzbicki. She lived in Poland, was deported to Siberia during WW2, lived throughout the Middle East, London England, Lennon and Fenton Michigan. Teresa attended nursing school at South London Hospital. She was a survivor and a woman of deep faith. She was a member of St. John Catholic Church. Teresa enjoyed traveling, reading, the outdoors and was a volunteer in many organizations. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, brother and beloved husband Stefan Glowacki. Teresa leaves son Jacek Glowacki, wife Stephanie, daughter Magda Morrow and husband David, grandchildren Adam Morrow, Olivia, Matthew and Nicholas Glowacki.
