Wanda Jean Judd
Age 65 of Corunna passed away Thursday, June 26, 2014 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday, June 30, 2014 at Bristol United Methodist Church in Flint with Pastor Marvin Herman officiating. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in New Lothrop . The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6 to 8pm and Sunday from 2 to 8pm.
Wanda was born May 9, 1949 in Byron, the daughter of George and Barbara (Smith) Bradley.
She graduated from Durand High School, class of 1967.
Wanda enjoyed going to Chapter meeting for the UAW and playing cards and bingo. She will be remembered for her love of making afghans which she made for every family member, crocheting, baking and cooking. She looked forward to trips to the cabin and spending time with her family and friends.. She was a Sunshine chairman and also chairman of the reading program for United Methodist Woman Club.
She married Brian Judd at Durand Congregational Church on April 15, 1978.
Wanda was a homemaker and spent her life raising and caring for her family. She also spent some time working at Simplicity in Durand and NuVision.
Wanda is survived by her husband Brian; daughter Jennifer (Ryan) Kline; son Kevin (Stephanie) Judd; grandchildren Rilee Jean, Connor, Parker, Logan and Blake; brother, Richard (Linda) Bradley; mother-in-law Evelyn Judd; several nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents George and Barbara and father-in-law Lea Judd.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Bristol United Methodist Church or Juddville United Methodist Church.
