Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Montie was born in Logansport, Indiana on June 9, 1951. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed golfing.
Surviving are sister, Teresa Loveland;
Brother, Bob Holmes;
Niece and nephews, Mark Holmes, Zac Holmes, Mike Loveland and Megan Loveland
He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Catherine (Dodrill) Holmes.
