Sharon Emily "Todd" Parker, age 81, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2024. She was born on December 28, 1942, in Flint, Michigan. She was unable to finish school during her childhood years, but in her mid-forties, she was able to return and finish high school through Mott Adult. She graduated with the honor of valedictorian. She also received a degree in childcare. She was a stay-at-home mom and babysitter.
She is survived by two daughters Manda (Missy) and Emie (Pet); 17 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren, and one on the way; sister Melodie (Meldew), 4 brothers, many nieces and nephews; best friend Helena; sister Sherry, and sister Deshra.
Preceded in death by grandparents, parents, husband Norman; daughter Naomi; grandson Stephen; great-grandson Austin; great-granddaughter Alexandria; sisters Mollalie, and Patricia; brothers Gordon and Gary.
A funeral visitation for Sharon will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Royal Priesthood Ministries, 2518 Delaware Ave, Flint, MI 48506. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 12:00 PM. An interment will occur Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Flint Memorial Park, 9506 N Dort Hwy, Mount Morris, MI 48458. |
